The clinic is located on the corner of Highway 55 and County Road 6 in Plymouth.  The building is called Plymouth Court, a brick 4 story building.  Please park in the back. Our entrance has a green awning with Suite 111.

From Minneapolis

Take 394 west to Highway 494 North.  Exit to County Road 6 (take a right).  The building will be located on your left just prior to the street light at Highway 55 and County Road 6.

From the Northwest

Take 494 south and exit on highway 55 east (left).  Take a right on County Road 6 (stop light) and our building is immediately on your right side.
